Please note that Sunset Watch and 1 Paradise Lane share a pool and they can be rented together as a 3 BR villa.

Daily housekeeping is included during your stay. Jemstone has been completely refurnished in 2018. The private pool is the icing on the cake!

This is a garden view villa, with a screened in lanai, located just two minutes walk from Spring Bay Beach. Managed by Guavaberry Spring Bay you have access to the office and commissary for anything you need.
