Unique cabin in Vik - Studio cabin D

This is a cabin in a row of 4, each cabin only sleeps 2 persons, please respect that. Each cottage is 28 m2 and has private entrance. This cabin is a studio,. i.e the bed, dining and kitchen area are all in one room with no walls. There is a bathroom is separate, with a wc and a shower. There is a small kitchenette (stove and a fridge) and dining facility. There is wifi and TV. Those are brand new cabins that were just finished in the spring 2019. The kitchenette has a fridge and a stove.

Located within Katla Geopark and only 8km from Seljalandsfoss/ Gljúfrabúi waterfalls, the brand-new Seljalandsfoss cottage welcomes you in a peaceful environment with fantastic views in every directions. Close to the main highlights of the south coast and only 4km off the main road (road n°1). It is also a great location to see the northern lights, away from any light pollution. Thanks to it’s large windows, you can watch the northern lights while having dinner or from the warmth of your bed.

The large panoramic front window lets you enjoy nature right from the bed: stunning sunrises, Northern Lights and views of the river, mountains and volcano Hekla. A warm and brand new house that is located between Vik and Kirkjubæjarklaustur. The cottage is by the farm Snæbýli 1 which is the last farm before heading on the mountain road (F210). It is 56m2 in size and is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom and then an open space where you have a fully equipped kitchen and living room with big windows and breathtaking view. We are 15 km from the main road and the house is in a peaceful place with beautiful mountain surroundings.
