All windows face the south side and are equipped with blackout blinds. Installed air heat pump for providing heat with air conditioner function for hot summer days.

This is our summer home, and we are happy to share it with you. The apartment is family-friendly with two bedrooms, five sleeping spots, toys, and everything children may need. From September 1 until the end of May, stays longer than three nights can request a discount. Driving time: 10 min to the city center, 10 min to the Blue Flag beach, 5–7 min to the lake. Walking distance to the “Fantāzija” playground – 10–15 minutes.
