It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

The main bed is a queen, the second is a twin day bed, accommodating 2 adults & 1 child/teen or 1 adult and 2 child/teen, but only two beds. Pack/Play travel crib available upon request. Meticulously cleaned & filled with amenities! Walking distance grocery store & eateries. Universal is 7.5 miles away. Host is onsite.

This is a bright and airy, classic mid-century modern home designed by renowned architects William Krisel and Dan Palmer, and features their signature post-and-beam construction, open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows. Located 15 minutes from Hollywood and 10 minutes from Universal Studios. A lovely place to relax after a fun filled day.
