The cottage is cozy and comfortable. It is 980 square feet manufactured home. It has been renovated, new laminate floors. Common space and kitchen are open and spacious. New 50 inch smart television & smaller bedroom Roku tv. Split bedroom floor plan. Master bedroom and bath one end. Smaller bedroom next to hall bath. Shampoo and body wash. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
