The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Sotiri's cottage in Kefalas

A beautiful,traditional home with a lovely veranda and a view of the sea and the mountain.The building is traditional with materials from the region,which are in harmony with the environment. The house is located in the picturesque village of Kefalas and can accommodate up to 3 guests.It has a bedroom,a fully equipped kitchen,a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom.The distance to the beach is about 10 min,while in the village there are cafes and restaurants, small shops and stores.

Kallirroi's little cottage (Chania)

Kallirroi's little cottage is located in Kefalas, a picturesque and a traditional village just 41km far from Chania airport and 36 km far from Chania city centre. It is a renovated one bedroom house that can accommodate up to 4 persons. There is a double and a single bed In the bedroom as well as a sofa in the living room area which can be made as a bed. There is a brand new bathroom with a shower, a fitted kitchen and a dining area. The view from the window and the balcony is amazing

Catis Stone Home

Το σπίτι του προπαππού Νικόλα και των 8 παιδιών του αφέθηκε στη φθορά του χρόνου για δεκαετίες, μέχρι που πρόσφατα αναπαλαιώθηκε με πολλή αγάπη και σεβασμό στην ντόπια αρχιτεκτονική παράδοση.
