Fabuloso estudio!

Precioso estudio en un oasis de tranquilidad pero muy próximo al centro de la ciudad, a siete minutos en coche. Aquí podrás estudiar, trabajar o desconectar, según desees. Es un estudio independiente, totalmente equipado situado en la primera planta de una casa unifamiliar. No tiene ascensor. La cama es de 150x200cm. Dispone de un sofá con chaisselongue y smart tv. Tiene una pequeña cocina con todo lo necesario para el día a día, un amplio cuarto de baño y un vestidor.

Torre Catedral. Precioso apartamento

Este apartamento tiene una ubicación única! Está enfrente de la catedral, podrás disfrutar del encanto de tener la torre a pocos metros y vivir de pleno la alegría de la vibrante vida del centro histórico. Es muy luminoso y hay restaurantes, tiendas, bares y terrazas en los alrededores. Recién reformado, te sentirás como en un hotel de lujo por su diseño y sus calidades pero también como en casa porque es muy acogedor. Hay un parking público a 3 minutos caminando.

With over 300 days of sun a year, It doesn’t take long to unwind and relax with a glass of wine and a swim in the beautiful pool. It is situated within the Altaona Golf & Country Club and has 24 hour security. For Golfers, the course is a gem. For non- golfers, there are plenty of things to do & places to visit.
