Käytössäsi on 78 neliön talviasuttava talo kahdella makuuhuoneella sekä sähköistetty aitta, jossa 2 erilistä makuutilaa. Yhteensä 8 nukkumapaikkaa. Mökissä täydellisesti varustettu keittiö, wifi, astianpesukone, mikro, ilmalämpöpumppu, puusauna, suihku, sisä-WC sekä pesukone. Saunasta pulahdat järveen, jonka hiekkapohja syvenee loivasti. Hyvä tie perille ja ympäristössä hyvät ulkoilu-, sienestys- ja marjastusmahdollisuudet. Grillikatos, 2 polkupyörää, 2 kajakkia sekä soutuvene myös käytössäsi.

Ravintolat, kaupat ja puistot sijaitsevat kivenheiton päässä, auton saat helposti pysäköityä tielle talon eteen. Tarjoamme majoittujille petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet sekä hygieniatuotteet. Keittiön varustelu kattava. Pystymme huomioimaan erinomaisesti myös lapsiperheet ja toivotamme lemmikit lämpimästi tervetulleeksi viihtyisään kaksioomme.

Tervetuloa oleilemaan lämmin tunnelmaiseen asuntoon osana vanhaa hirsirakennusta. Talo sijaitsee Kaukaalla, paperitehtaan piippujen alla. Asunto on pienehkö, mutta kompakti ja sisältää kaiken tarvittavan. Auton saa ilmaiseksi pihaan ja bussi kulkee ihan vierestä. Naapurusto on mukavaa ja rauhallista. Lämpimästi tervetuloa. Omalla pihalla ja terassilla varustettu piharakennus sijaitsee maaseutumaisella alueella Kymijoen varressa, Siikakosken kauniissa maisemissa. Tästä viihtyisästä kohteesta on vain 5 minuutin ajomatka palveluiden äärelle. Massiiviset kelohirret ja puupinnat tuovat tunnelmaa yläkerran makuu- ja oleskelutilaan. Alakerrassa on pieni, mutta hyvin varusteltu keittiö sekä pieni kylpyhuone/wc. Autopaikka on oven edessä. Kesäaikana vierailla on pääsy majoittajan rannalle, josta on uintimahdollisuus.

Kohde sijaitsee maaseudulla noin 18 km Lappeenrannan keskustasta. Polkupyörät/moottoripyörät on mahdollista laittaa yöksi lukolliseen autotalliin.

One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
