<b>About the property</b> The full service holiday apartment have a large living room with an attached dining and two spacious bedrooms with balconies. The master bedroom has an attach bathroom. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofa set and a love seat and also consists of a dining table, a coffee table, and 32” lcd television with more than 350 channels (Some of which are HD). Yes you can watch HBO! The living room is also furnished with a split air – condition to maintain the temperature. The kitchen consists of a fridge to keep your groceries fresh or make some ice for your very own in house bar. The kitchen has a granite worktop with a cooking stove, electric kettle & bread toaster, microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, glassware, crockery & cutlery to prepare and serve a sumptuous or a menial meal. The master bedroom is fitted with a silent split air – condition and is fully furnished with a queen size bed with comfortable mattress and bedding made of the finest material specially imported from China. There are two pillows (foam) provided for your comforts and extra pillows are provided on request at no cost. The bed is done up with two bed sheets of 300 thread count a comforter or a pullover. Three sets of linen are provided for future use together with four towels. There is a full size wardrobe in the bedroom for your clothes and two side tables with drawers. The other bedroom is fitted with a silent split air – condition and is fully furnished with two single bed with comfortable mattress and bedding made of the finest material specially imported from China. There are two pillows (foam) provided for your comforts and extra pillows are provided on request at no cost. The bed is done up with two bed sheets of 300 thread count a comforter or a pullover. There sets of linen are provided for future use together with four towels. There is a full size wardrobe in the bedroom for your clothes and two side tables with drawers. The bathrooms are fitted with tiles from the floor to the ceiling. The bathroom consists of a wash basin with a large counter for your toiletries, a western toilet bowl and a shower area. There is hot & cold water for 24/7 even when the city water is stopped for repairs. There are electrical points for your shaver or any other electrical gadgets. The apartment is surrounded by palm trees, well ventilated and full of natural light. Being on the 3rd floor it has three balconies that look out onto the tree tops directly in front.
