Our room is on the 3th floor and is the only room on the floor. There is a 24/7 camera and security system. The building's exterior door is specially coded and protected. OurSuite is designed to accommodate 2 people. there are also at the building washing machine and dryer machine for the clothes .

All furnitures and devices are bought on January 2024. It is very new and stylish decorated flat. Washing machines, iron , iron table, filter coffe machine, turkish coffee machine, toaster are available. Cleaning is our focus point and all house is shining. Position is very central. metro station is at 150 meter distance. Main bus station is at 120 meter distance. Metrobus Station is 100 meter distance. very close to AKASYA MALL. Around there are lots of coffee shops and restuarants.

This apartment in the center of Kadıköy is ideally located for your trip. You can reach all the facilities of Kadıköy by walking, as well as all means of transportation that will allow you to travel. Moreover, on a street with historical Yeldeğirmeni houses, you have a balcony with a magnificent view of the sea and Haydarpaşa. Our only flaw is that we do not have an elevator even though our building is new. The apartment is on the top floor (5th) but believe me, the view is worth it :)
