This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Central Knivsta Private Tiny House

Enjoy a cozy and convenient stay in Knivsta, a cute village with easy access via train to Stockholm 28min, Arlanda airport 8min and Uppsala 9min. Our guest house has a private entrance, mini kitchen, TV with Chromecast, comfortable 140cm bed, small sofa bed and bathroom with a washing machine and nice shower. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the commuter train station, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, gyms and the lake. You can also park for free on the property.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Och ni kan avnjuta en nyårsnatt utan oroliga djur. Eller ska du ut och flyga? Oavsett om du vill njuta av lugnet på landet eller bara ha nära till Arlanda med parkering är det här boendet för dig. Modernt nybyggt attefallshus på 30kvm som är fullutrustat med alla bekvämligheter du kan tänkas behöva.

Gästhus ”ladan”

Välkommen till vårt nybyggda gästboende ”Ladan”. Ett boende i tyst, lantlig miljö strax öster om Uppsala. Hos oss bor du 13 km från Uppsala C resp 7 km från E4:an som tar dig vidare mot Arlanda eller Stockholm. 1000 m från boendet går buss direkt till Uppsala C och under vissa sommardagar kan du åka ånglok till stan med museijärnvägen Lennakatten. Gästhuset ligger i Gunsta samhälles utkant nära naturen. I området finns trevliga Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, där ni kan äta gott eller handla lite.

The Jetty Suite, with Sauna, canoe & add-on spa

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Torpet i Tomtebo

Mysig nästan hundra år gammal, men modernt renoverad, stuga belägen i attraktivt villaområde 7 km söder om Uppsala city. Vackra omgivningar med Hågadalens naturreservat, Mälaren, Gottsundagipen och Vårdsätra strandpromenad på bekvämt avstånd. Under sommarhalvåret är området ypperligt för dig som vill komma ut i naturen per fot eller cyklandes. På vintern har man goda möjligheter till skidåkning på längden och alpint i Sunnerstabacken och skridskoåkning på sjön. Vi bor bredvid i huvudhuset.

Gästhus i södra Uppsala

Huset ligger i Uppsala Näs, Vreta Västra, 13 km sydväst om Centrala Uppsala, & granne till Hammarskogs Naturreservat. Bussförbindelse finns (107an) ca 30 min till Uppsala C, ca 40 min med cykel. Fullt utrustat kök & våtrum. (ej tvättmaskin, men kan ordnas enligt överenskommelse) Separat mat-arbets- sovrum. Normalt hyrs boendet ut till max 2 pers. För vistelse/boende längre tid kan särskild överenskommelse avs. månadshyra & driftkostnader göras. Huset kan då hyras ut med plats för 3 pers.

House from 1850 located in historic Sigtuna

Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Litet mysigt gästhus nära sjö.

Litet mysigt gästhus på en lummig tomt. 400 m från stugan ligger sjön Mälaren. Här kan man bada vid en brygga eller liten strand om sommaren och åka skridskor på vintern. Nära vackert naturreservat med grillplatser och fin skog. Stugan har ett rum och badrum. Här finns ett litet, men fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin. Det finns en säng (140 cm) samt en uppfällbar gästsäng (70cm). I badrummet finns tvättmaskin, dusch och toalett. Lakan och handduk ingår.
