Stroll downhill to a lovely park on Saugatucket River, then cross the charming footbridge into town. Here you'll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream, plus excellent community theater, yoga, and interesting shops. Relax inside this light-filled home or sit out on the deck overlooking the gardens and town.

This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. We are situated on over 60 acres with trails for walking or biking and the space has a private deck off the bedroom for quietly enjoying the picturesque scenery.

Sweet Suite in Narragansett, RI

This cozy space is very private, comfortable and newly appointed. It is a finished basement in our home so it is owner occupied but it offers a separate exterior entrance so our guests can decide if they’d like to meet us or not. We are approximately a mile from the Narragansett town beach, a stones throw from the bike path and public tennis and bocce courts and walking distance to town, restaurants and shops. Newport is just a 20 minute drive. So come be our guest!

Our SK cottage is set on a half acre, surrounded by trees and natural brush, giving a private feel, but is in between two quiet residential neighborhoods and is within walking distance to a DD coffee shop, mini mart, Pizzeria, and ice cream shop. 10-15 minutes away from URI, SK Beaches, Wakefield Town center, Narragansett, and 25 minutes to Newport. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfect home base. Centrally located in downtown Wakefield. Walk to the bike path and restaurants. 10 minutes to town and state beaches. Beach Chairs and towels provided. 10 minutes to the University of Rhode Island and a perfect place for home football games. Laundry facilities on the property. Nicely appointed kitchenette, with a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven/ air fryer, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Cute Little House in Town

Cute little guesthouse perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc. I have a friendly dog named Barney who is often outside on the property.
