Estate Lucky Bottom Cane Bay St Croix, USVI

Estate Lucky Bottom is an 18 acre former Danish plantation established c1746. Its secluded private residence was built in 2004 replicating Danish West Indies architecture of the mid 18th century seen throughout the Territory. Ruins of the windmill and sugar factory are still present. The owners invite guests to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of this magnificent property while acknowledging respectfully the servitude and suffering of the enslaved people who toiled here 200 yrs ago.

It has a very centralized location. It is only 15 minutes from "El Yunke" Park where, in addition to appreciating the forests, you can enjoy the beautiful rivers and waterfalls. It is 8 minutes from the Luquillo Spa and the famous kiosks. The house is accessible to various recreational activities such as paddle boarding, kayaks, and jet skiing. The town of Fajardo is less than 25 minutes, there you can visit the famous islands of Icaco and Palomino, the seven seas beach, and croaba!!!
