In a beautiful, quiet location and only 700 meters from the pebble and 900 meters from the sandy beach. Numerous olive trees surround the pretty garden with barbecue area and terrace. The holiday home with a private pool is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning and a washing machine and can accommodate up to 12 people.The center of Vrsi is located on a hill, just a few hundred meters from the sea. Vrsi has several districts, two of which are directly on the sea: Zukve and Mulo. Mulo is the most beautiful part of Vrsi, which is located on the north-eastern side of Nin, on the northern side of the bay. The beaches are covered with pebbles and allow easy entry into the sea. Next to the beach is the promenade with the embankment, where there are several shops, restaurants, cafes and a pier where you can buy fresh fish from the ships every day. On the west side of the village lies a two kilometer long pine forest, completely uninhabited and an ideal place for naturists and people looking for solitude. Here the entry into the sea is a bit rocky, but about 10 meters from the shore there is sand on the seabed.Highlights included: Consumption-based energy costs, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, WLAN, registration fee, visitor's tax. Located in one of Zadar’s most beautiful old neighborhoods, our apartment is 15 min walk to the Old Town and 5 min to the sea, main bus station and supermarkets. A scenic seaside promenade near the apartment leads directly to the Old Town, with several beautiful beaches along the way. Tourist tax (City of Zadar): €1.50 per adult (18+) per night. Ages 12–17 pay 50%. Under 12 free. Included in the final price. Like VAT, it does not go to the host — we collect and remit it to the authorities.

My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities. Bus station is 20 meters from house. Place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The house has a yard with a fence and a covered area for parking cars. The yard has a barbecue, a small table and benches. In the winter terrace is allowed smoking and pets. Guests have parking in the yard, fireplace for barbecue and outdoor shower. The house is surrounded by olive trees and mediterranean flowers.
