Located in one of Zadar’s most beautiful old neighborhoods, our apartment is 15 min walk to the Old Town and 5 min to the sea, main bus station and supermarkets. A scenic seaside promenade near the apartment leads directly to the Old Town, with several beautiful beaches along the way. Tourist tax (City of Zadar): €1.50 per adult (18+) per night. Ages 12–17 pay 50%. Under 12 free. Included in the final price. Like VAT, it does not go to the host — we collect and remit it to the authorities.

My place is located 150 meters from the beach, 15 min walk from the old town and 7 min walk from the main bus station, is close to nightlife and the airport(15 minutes drive). Newly built house in Privlaka, part of a row of four houses, featuring a ground floor, first floor, and a 35 m² rooftop terrace (sun deck) on the second floor, including a sea view and kitchen. Beach 200 meters away, supermarket and bakery nearby. 2 bedrooms: one with a 180x200 cm bed and a daybed for 2 children, the other with a 160x200 cm bed. The sofa in the living room provides space for 1 person. Each room has air conditioning. 2 bathrooms with showers.

This apartment is situated in quiet neighborhood. Apartments Bono is 500 m from Borik Beach. It offers air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-Fi, free parking and satellite TV. My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities. Bus station is 20 meters from house. Place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The house has a yard with a fence and a covered area for parking cars. The yard has a barbecue, a small table and benches. In the winter terrace is allowed smoking and pets. Two-storey apartment (A4) 85m2. It's nice and newly decorated, close to the beach and town center. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. From the ground floor is a terrace (20m2) with an unforgettable view of the sea. Upstairs there are two bedrooms that have balconies. Guests have parking in the yard, fireplace for barbecue and outdoor shower. The house is surrounded by olive trees and mediterranean flowers.

Holiday house Miri consists of a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor which overlooks the terrace with a heated pool. The first floor is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a balcony and panoramic views of the islands. The second floor is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a balcony. On the rooftop, there is a jacuzzi and sitting area. There are two parking spaces next to the house. The house is completely covered by the WIFI.
