Spacious rooms at the Kofukan are tatami-mat flooring, with shoji door, air conditioner, fridge and electric kettle. Guests can relax in the hotel's garden, free Wi-Fi in all rooms and ski storage. We are an American-Japanese couple that are happy to share our onsen town Togura-Kamiyamada with visitors curious about the Japanese countryside. You can relax wearing yukata robes in your private tatami mat rooms and enjoy the hot spring mineral baths rich in sulfur content. (The onsen baths are tattoo-friendly.) Our chef's creative kaiseki-style dinners are highly recommended.

Because shared part is substantial, it is recommended for long stay. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area. Please enjoy the city of Nakagomi after check-in.
