My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. Relax in this tranquil, elegant and fairytale space with multi-level sunny courtyards!!! The Country House is located in the old alleys of Leonidio and consists of 2 levels. On the first level there is a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, while on the upper floor there are a bathroom and two bedrooms that communicate with each other with an internal wooden staircase. From both levels there is access to the outside areas of the house! Enjoy unique moments!

Το σπίτι μας μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δύο ενήλικες. Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια που αγαπούν τη φύση και την ηρεμία, αλλά δε θέλουν να στερούνται τις ανέσεις της πόλης. Θα βρειτε καταστήματα, καφέ, εστιατόρια και τράπεζα σε απόσταση μόλις λίγων μέτρων από το σπίτι.

Quiet location with a great view from the in-house pool of the olive groves and mountain landscape. The house has a kitchen and a large room with a dining table, a double bed and a single bed. Pull-out sofa bed. A small shower room. Large terrace and pool with plenty of sun loungers.
