Die Südhanglage garantiert eine sanftes Wecken durch die ersten Sonnenstrahlen & Sonne bis in die Abendstunden. Der kleine Bergbach auf dem Grundstück lädt zum verweilen bis in die Nacht am Lagerfeuer ein. 90 m² frisch saniert, neues Mobiliar & eine hochwertige Küchenausstattung lassen keine Wünsch offen. Die Krone liegt in ruhiger Alleinlage, im Zillergrund. Die Gegend ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen als auch hochalpine Touren. Es gibt ausgezeichnete Wanderwege oder Mountainbikestrecken zu erkunden. Die Hütte hat eine Stube mit Sitzecke, Couch, großer Küche mit Esstisch, Kühlschrank, E-Herd, Backofen, Holzherd, Kaffeemaschine. 5 Schlafzimmer, DU, WC. Heizung mit Holzofen+elektrisch. Vor der Hütte Griller, Brunnen, sehr große Sonnen Terrasse. Brot Service, Angebot gerne auf Anfrage.

Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.
