Private townhome situated in the historic district of Tybee, right next door to the Tybee Post Theater. Enjoy an evening on the balcony or the private patio out back enjoying island living.This is also within walking distance to a few of our personal favorite places to eat on Tybee. Come and sail away on Tybee Island for some much needed rest and relaxation.

The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy.
