We are centrally located to Newport Beach, John Wayne Airport, and Disneyland. Only a short walk to TeWinkle Park and the OC Fairgrounds. Easy free street parking in a lovely neighborhood.

If you are booking this space for someone else please get prior approval. You will assume all risk for them and are responsible for getting them the check in instructions.

D'Loft features an open concept design, dressed in high end appliances and it's own private patio. Relax in a comfy Cal King Bed in addition to a queen size sofa bed + a twin sleeper, available at your disposal. Open the double sliders and make indoor outdoor space!

Gorgeous family friendly 2 rm - 12 min to Disney

Brand new July 2022 and spacious studio 12 minutes to Disneyland. High end appliances and a washer and dryer. Living room has barn-style doors leading into the bedroom. When barn-doors are closed, living room couch can be made into a queen size sleeper and it gives you the feel of a 2-bedroom unit. I have another unit next to this incase you need more space or traveling with other family/friends.

Located on a beautiful, tree-lined street in an historic neighborhood which is centrally located. Disneyland, Honda Ctr, Angels Stadium, St. Joseph’s Hospital, Chapman University, Anaheim Convention Ctr, John Wayne Airport and Newport Beach are just a few miles by car. LAX is 33 miles away. High powered AC and Heater. Hi-speed WiFi and Smart TVs. Very quiet, clean and comfortable.

The unit is close to a super market, banks and restaurants. It is in downtown Rowland Heights. The listing is an apartment in the back of the main house. It has its private entrance. One has to go through the gated front yard to go to this apartment. This apartment/studio has it own heat/cooling and a kitchen for light cooking. It is a wonderful place for one to two persons.
