Hiihtoladut lähtevät n. 500m päästä sekä kelkkaura menee talon takapihalta. Huvilassa on 3mh, joissa kaikissa kaksi sänkyä, yksi makuuhuone on parvella "masterbedroom" mistä näkymät ulos, alakerrassa suuri jumppatila/leffahuone, jossa levitettävä sohva. Myös sauna ja takka löytyy. Huvilassa on nykyaikaiset kodinkoneet ja tekniikka.
