Stugan ligger högst uppe på ett berg med fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Du får gratismotion i den rejäla trappen som leder upp till stugan. Här bor du lantligt intill sjö och natur men med korta avstånd till Stockholm. Parkering för en bil finns. På ca 40 minuter tar du dig kommunalt till centrala Stockholm. Bäst lämpat för vuxna gäster maa tomtens topografi.

Stugan ligger på villatomt med skyddat läge. Parkeringsplats på tomt. Tv-skärm med chromecast. Sängen är 120 cm bred och överslafen är 90 cm. Ca 4 min promenad till busshållplats. Buss till Huddinge C ca 10 min, därefter ca en kvart med pendeltåg till Stockholm. Buss till Södertörns högskola/Karolinska/Flemingsberg 10 min.

I direkt anslutning finns två terrasser och framför huset en gräsmatta varifrån man kan doppa fötterna i Mälaren. Parkering finns och det är 250 m till busshållplatsen. Boendet är sista huset på en lugn återvändsgata. Perfekt utgångspunkt för utflyktsmål som Birka , Drottningsholm (10 km), Stockholm City (21 km)
