I prefer solo travelers and charge a little more for a 2nd guest when you put in for 2 it will show correct amount. No unauthorized guests. This could be a perfect retreat for the financially savvy. It is a 36-foot fifth-wheel RV with slide-outs. It feels very roomy and is perfect for one guest or a couple. You will be located on a five-acre lot. (You do have neighbors.) The location is in a fairly private area. The views are wonderful. The property is located up against the hills of Tucson Mountain State Park, which has lots of trails and walking paths.
