This boathouse of 40 m² used to be the traditional storage for fishermen's boats. The nearest sea is about 1 km away at the picturesque fishing village of Klima! The apartment is located on the 1st floor (accessible only by stairs) and it consists of one bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with shower and the spacious veranda!

It is a newly renovated apartment, in close proximity from Adamas port, only 2 kilometres away, and close by to the famous Sarakiniko beach as well.
