Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Cosy Nook, 2 mins to Fistral Beach, Newquay

The Cosy Nook is a super cute private garden annexe situated on the stunning Pentire Headland. The studio accommodates 1 or 2 guests & has free parking to the rear. It boasts a relaxing & tranquil south facing garden for you to kick back & fully relax in your own private space. It is located in equal distance from the famous Fistral Beach out front & the stunning River Gannel - adjoining Crantock Beach, to the rear. Both can be reached within a 2 minute walk - you just need to decide!

Linden Lea: Spacious house with garden and parking

Only a short drive to some of Cornwalls best beaches and attractions, memories are waiting to be made in this bright and contemporary space. Linden Lea boasts a spacious kitchen with large dining table and a comfortable lounge, a perfect place for a get together with family and friends. The sliding doors off the kitchen lead on to a decked balcony with comfortable seating and a fire pit. The large, lawned garden with stream is perfect for children and dogs to play and explore.

Tressa. Beautiful shepherds hut. Village location.

Tressa is a brand new shepherds hut located in the heart of st Merryn and a short drive from the beautiful seven bays. Consisting of a cosy one double bedroom with a small kitchen area and shower room. Sited in our garden the main access is shared with our other properties Demelza and Lowenna but we have made a lovely cosy area exclusively for Tressa. There is an outdoor patio and small sheltered eating area. Plus a small garden with reclining chairs, a lovely sun trap!

Self-contained chalet (close to Fistral Beach)

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
