We are pet friendly with enclosed decking and field for your sole use and we are fully wheelchair accessible with wet room and step free access.

Our property promises a delightful experience combining modern amenities with scenic surroundings for a tranquil getaway. Tyn y Coed is an authenitc detached Welsh cottage, set in the Clwydian Range AONB with mountain views. The property is rurally located in the village of Cwm but just a stone’s throw from any amenities you might need during your break, such as being just a short walk from the local pub and restaurant, The Blue Lion. With a cosy wood-burner in the living area, you can either stay in and admire the views or explore the many nearby walks, including the Offa’s Dyke footpath which passes close by.

Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Ty Hâf is detached, situated next to our own home, with lovely views of the Clwydian hills from the front patio. A place to relax, walk and enjoy this great location. An excellent pub/restaurant, The Dinorben Arms, offers real ales and great food, just a 15 minute walk away. Convenient location for local walks on the hills, along the river or Offas Dyke path. Outdoor pursuits and many other activities are available in the Snowdonia National Park and along the beautiful North Wales Coast.

One of three beautiful craftsman built shepherds huts, Hicks Hut is situated in its own peaceful wildflower meadow The shepherd's hut has a wood burner for cosy warmth and is a great way to have a romantic fire lit evening! The hut has its own en-suite shower and loo. During spring and summer the beautiful blooms of wildflowers attract lots colourful butterflies and pollinating insects. The hum of the wild life and the gentle trickle of the stream alongside creates a relaxing stay.
