Our flat situated in Christianshavn which is one of the most central and famous neighbourhoods of Copenhagen and only 20 metres from the metro station. It is 100 m2 in total and has a sitting room, a bedroom, a big bathroom (17 m2), a big kitchen ( 20 m2) and an antre.It has very high ceilings which we love. We really like minimalist design and love to mix&match the new and the old stuff in our decoration. Christianshavn is located in city centre, around 7-10 minutes by walking to shopping street. There are lots of popular cafe and restaurants in the area. It is a also very close a popular turist attraction Christiania (3-5 minutes by walking). We hope you will enjoy living in our flat because we love living here :-)

A stone's throw from Bella Center conference venue, and metrostation, taking you into town in just 12 min. I vil nyde at bo centralt i denne et-værelses lejlighed lige ved vandet og havnen, indre by, indkøb, bus og metro, caféer, spisesteder og meget andet. Lejligheden har lige hvad man har brug for, for et ophold i København. Der er nem tilgang til seværdigheder, vand, Amager fælled og shopping. Der er få meter ned til en badetur i havnen og få meter til et bustoppested. Det er nemt og hurtigt at tage metroen fra lufthavnen til lejligheden. Og kun ca tyve min gå gang til centrum af København.

Renoverat källarplan i gammalt hus

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.

Sluseholmen er tæt på det meste. På 15 minutter med bus eller metro, er du på Rådhuspladsen/Tivoli. Med bil er der kun 5 min til Bella Center og kun 10 min til lufthavnen. Der er mulighed for både færgebus og metro fra lejligheden ind til centrum. Sluseholmen er en hyggelig lille by lidt uden for byen.
