This living space offers two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a bunkbed. One double room has a private ensuite; the other double shares a hallway bathroom with the single room. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining area, peaceful outdoor spaces, and secure access with electric gates and private parking. Pets are very welcome, but please keep them on a lead to protect our resident cats and to ensure dogs don’t roam into other guest or private areas.

A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck in the garden of the main house.

Uitzicht op de hoogste bergtoppen van Portugal (Serra da Estrela). Het chalet staat op een eigen ruime kavel, omzoomd door wijnstokken. Zon- en schaduwplekken. The bathroom is enclosed for added privacy :) Enjoy a 20m2 south-facing terrace all day long. A morning snack is included in the price (fresh bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, orange juice). Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
