Brand penthouse with sea views in a quiet urbanization. It is ideal to relax and enjoy the holidays. The house has two bedrooms, one with double bed and another with twin beds. It also has two bathrooms, one shower and one with bath - tub. The lounge is spacious and the kitchen is furnished. There is a terrace with wonderful sea views. The complex has two swimming pools and jacuzzi. (Opens from June to September, another dates there aren´t lifeguard, it is your responsibility to use) The beach access is from the development. A five minute walk to the promenade of Torrox. One can fine in this area a lot Restaurants, Supermarket, Fish house, Laundry, Bakery shop, Rent a car... It is very near Marina, Waterpark and Baviera Golf. Nerja is near; 7 km and Frigiliana 16 km. It is possible to take the bus ( Bus stop is near, 100 metres ). It has a garage. For more than 4 people ask us. Wifi (unlimited) and ethernet included. We can pick you from Málaga airport or Málaga train station. Check in: before 20:00 hours. Para la entrada de cada huésped el apartamento es limpiado y desinfectado minuciosamente. El cambio de ropa de cama incluye los protectores interiores de colchón y almohadas para cada nuevo huésped. Los armarios y cómodas son limpiados de manera integral. Las sábanas y toallas son lavadas a alta temperatura con desinfectantes de manera que estén impecables para cada nueva entrada y con un agradable olor. Es mi prioridad la limpieza y orden en el apartamento para el máximo bienestar del huésped.

This is the place you will spend the days. This modern 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms is fully equipped. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two separate beds. There is also a loft with a sofabed . The kitchen is open plan with the livingroom. The swinging pool just nearby the building.

The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

On the 2nd floor, you have to climb some stairs to access it.
