Come enjoy our backyard guesthouse, centrally located to enjoy all of OKC's best local spots! This one bedroom studio (250 sq feet) has been thoughtfully designed to think of all that you may need for a restful stay - coffee, snacks, comfy bedding, & more! This guesthouse is tucked away behind our house offering added safety. We occupy the main home & backyard. We have a friendly Great Dane (Winston) that is well mannered & is monitored while outside. Access to the home is via a driveway.

The Hot Tub is up and running! Walking distance to the Rose District, our newly constructed Cottage comes with full kitchen, washer/dryer, private parking and entrance. This peaceful studio is absolutely charming! The vibrant Rose District is perfect for window shopping, visiting local antique shops, and great dining! Easy expressway access means the Gathering Place, Utica Square, and downtown Tulsa are just a short drive. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck and rest well at the end of the day!

Cabin in the Woods, 10 minutes to Bartlesville

Our guest cabin is set on 20 wooded acres in the Osage Hills at the end of a private gravel road. It feels completely isolated, but it's only 10 minutes to downtown Bartlesville, 20 minutes to Pioneer Woman's Merc, and an hour to Tulsa. There is a full kitchen, living area, and full bath on the ground floor, with a queen and twin bed on the 2nd floor. There is no TV to interfere with the quiet, although WiFi keeps you connected. We live in the main house and are always available if needed.

French Woods Quarters

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!
