Adorable two story guesthouse nestled less than a block away from historical downtown San Augustine, TX. My grandparents built this charming rental bungalow originally back in 1940. In 2019, the home was completely renovated and modernized in farmhouse/ industrial style. I am so glad to be able to once again welcome guests! The location speaks for itself!
