Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Catkin Hollow Homestead

Catkin Hollow is a friendly homestead with goats, chickens, dogs, and the occasional pig and sheep family. Views across the hollow are fantastic for sunrises. Star gazing couldn’t be more awe-inspiring. Come along and do morning farm chores with us, if you want. Or sleep in and visit the livestock with a treat later. Every booking receives goat milk soap and fresh eggs made from the homestead. Can’t get more local than that! Plus, a few regional items to make breakfast and your stay perfect.

A trailhead for the Fingerlakes trail is within walking distance from the rental.

King bed. *Second bedroom is about 20' x 12' has Queen bed and single bed. *Third bedroom is about 12' a 12' and has Queen bed. *Fourth bedroom is about 12' x 7' and has Twin bed. Wi-Fi included. Note: This a COUNTRY house! Animals and a forest behind house.

Enjoy the Russian Room and South African Room!

The Russian and South African rooms are located in the All Welcome Inn house. There are hiking trails behind the house, access to a back porch. There is a full kitchen and fridge downstairs, along with a full living room. The Russian room has a bathroom attached to the room, while the South African room has a clawfoot tub in the downstairs bathroom. *The water on our property comes from a Sulfur Springs well. While it is filtered, some guests have noticed a sulfur smell from time to time.

We offer an Executive overnight accommodation with a Carriage House Event Center situated along the Susquehanna River. A few minutes' walk to historic downtown Owego, NY.
