The Abad's Guesthouse

This listing has two properties. The main house which is a three bedded bungalow. The guesthouse- facing a magnificent mountain view, just located at the back garden facing the host's private pool- is a two storey flat. The groundfloor serves as the host's mini gym, the upper floor with one ensuit bedroom, and a changing room-now converted to 2nd BR. All rooms and the gym are fully air-conditioned. Guests privacy/cmfrt guaranteed. Maximum of 8 guests-pre approved.

The location is close to major business areas as well as tourist places in the province. Terminals for buses are just a few blocks away. Van rentals can be arranged few days before. The guesthouse has two single beds in the upper deck and one twin size sofa bed that can fit 3 people comfortably. An additional comforter can be provided free.

Price is very affordable for those who are looking for a low cost accommodation. Located in 3rd floor. We can accommodate 10 pax or more. If you would like to take a shower only when you come for a trip, we can also accommodate.
