This self-contained studio with veranda is set in beautiful gardens in the rural village of Peel Forest, opposite the hall. Private, quiet, tastefully decorated. Living/sleeping are combined in an L shaped room. There is a separate kitchenette (basic food preparation/microwave/small electric frypan) and bathroom. Sleeping options - a queen size bed or 2 single beds. SINGLE BEDS MUST BE REQUESTED WHEN BOOKING. Bush walks nearby. Parking. Continental breakfast. Nearest town is Geraldine, 19kms.

The cottage accomodation is totally private set in a beautiful garden setting in the grounds of the historic school house built in 1876. 20 minutes to Methven and 1 hour to Christchurch international Airport. Enjoy the fresh and colourful vibe of this fully decorated studio. It has a queen and single bedroom ( with two single beds ) and a bright kitchenette, dining, living space with couch and freeview tv. It is fully self contained and has its own entrance but is attached to the main house where the hosts live. The kitchenette has a microwave and small appliances for basic cooking/reheating but is not suitable for every night cooking as there is no ventilation for strong odours.

The warm and cosy cabin is a self contained unit detached from the main house, with BBQ, private deck and restful native garden. You will have your own access/key and off road parking. Our place is great for couples. On navman route, we are 2 hours from Christchurch and 4 hours to Queenstown. Only 1 hour from Mt Hutt ski field and 1 hour from Mt Dobson ski field. Aoraki Mount Cook is 2 hours distance and Tekapo is 1 hour.
