Nestled between rocks and trees, this cozy, modern cottage will make your stay unforgettable. Although the home is in the center of Three Rivers (you can even walk to the candy store and the Riverview), it totally feels secluded, since it is located on a private road. Relax on the patio after a day in the park, or settle on the couch to watch your favorite show on the smart tv. We offer good wifi and a desk for those of you needing to work. The bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed.

The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and, a 60 ft waterfall. This house is perfect for family fun, quiet times of reflection, a romantic getaway. I also own Oak haven cottage that in next door to oak haven cabin, and larger house that is next door on its own 1-acre lot that's sleeps 9 and you can see it on Airbnb, and it's called Sequoia Tree House.

Perfect hikers retreat, on the river! Private & shared river spot. Private Balcony. Located conveniently on the main road (HWY 198), 2 minutes from town, just down the road from the White Horse(wedding grounds) and 5 minutes to the park entrance. Ideal for a couple, common area has a queen size bed. Small "bunk room" available for an additional $40 charge per night. Coffee Pods and creamer provided! Private patio overlooking the river with view of mountains.
