821 is a 5 min walk up my street for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a full bar. Lots of vegetarian and vegan option s but also big fat burgers.

Great brunch spot but does have a tendency to get a wait on Sundays. vegan/vegetarian options galore. This spot is a Richmond staple!

821 Cafe is a great twist on a traditional diner. Veggie friendly, breakfast/brunch, and good beer-- including a microbeer growler filling station for take out beverages. Free delivery.
