Jose Andres is one of my favorite chef's. You cannot go wrong dining at any of his restaurants under the Passion Food Hospitality Brand which include Zatinya ( Greek) , Rosa Mexicano, and Jaleo. All three restaurants are conveniently located in Penn Quarter walking distance from "Gallery Place Chinatown" metro station and the Verizon Center. The drinks, appetizers and short ribs at Rosa Mexicano are sure to put a smile on your face. The hummus and lamb at Zatinya are succulent, well seasoned and just amazing! :-) As for Jaleo, all of the tapas and Sangria are a must while in town for lunch or happy hour.
