Δέκα λεπτά από το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης, τα Φλαμίνγκο κάνουν βόλτες στα ρηχά νερά της λιμνοθάλασσας του Καλοχωρίου. Ερωδιοί, γλάροι, θαλασσαετοί και πάπιες επίσης. Υπάρχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο με πλυντήριο για ρούχα, μεγάλο σαλόνι και δύο ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια. Μπορεί άνετα να φιλοξενήσει 4 άτομα (ένα 2πλο κρεβάτι και 2 μονά). Η πολυκατοικία είναι μικρή και εγώ διαμένω δύο ορόφους πιο πάνω για ό,τι χρειαστείτε.
