Ενας όμορφος ενιαίος χώρος minimal αισθητικής στο πρώτο επίπεδο μιας πανέμορφης βίλας με εξαιρετική θέα στον κόλπο Καλάμι. Μία από τις τρεις σουίτες που έχουν διαμορφωθεί στον ξενώνα της βίλας, όπου υπήρξε ριζική ανακαίνιση το 2021. Η κάθε σουίτα ειναι 29 τμ, έχει σύστημα ύπνου σχεδιασμένο από Coco-Μat, μπάνιο με ντουσιέρα, χώρο κουζίνας με τραπεζαρία, και ιδιωτική βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα.
