(120 sq.m. top floor,50sq.m middle floor and 70 sq.m. on ground floor apartment) Breathtaking views of Pelion, Trikeri. 3 independent garden areas (one by the beach and one on the rear with parking space for 2 cars). Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι 140 τ.μ. στα βόρεια προάστια της Αθήνας. Ο χώρος βρίσκεται κοντά στο βουνό Πάρνηθα, ανάμεσα στα πεύκα, με μεγάλο κήπο και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Ε ίναι 250 τ.μ και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 8 μέχρι 10 άτομα, διαθέτει 4 υπνοδωμάτια, 3 WC, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, 2 τζάκι , μπάρμπεκιου, πάρκινγκ, μεγάλες βεράντες , υπέροχο κήπο , πισίνα και μπιλιάρδο. Απέχει μόλις 8 λεπτά, με το αυτοκίνητο, από το λιμάνι και το κέντρο. Αποτελεί ιδανική επιλογή για φίλους και οικογένειες.
