Ellesmera is nestled atop the highest area of Kodaikanal (2330 meters (7500ft) ABSL). The compound covers an area of 1.5 acres. It is bordered on one side by the forest. Despite this glorious seclusion, it is just 3.5 km from the lake, and it has great views of the surrounding hills and the plains beyond. Ellesmera is a home stay in a large 4 bedroom house, and 3 rooms are currently being let out as a Bed & Breakfast. Come experience the increasingly rare Kodaikanal of yesteryear.

We have a very nice farm yard, where you are very close to the freshness, and the calm and peace full fragrance of the spice garden. 2.5 acre property surrounded by the home stay. It is encircled by cardamom, and pepper plantations, imposingly tall trees all around and has virtually no other building in sight.
