We continue to clean fastidiously, and provide excellent ventilation. Spacious 2nd floor flat with skylights, full kitchen and bath, living room, dining room and bedroom. There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

Our place is clean, bright and spacious. It is a truly warm and inviting space for 1 - 4 guests. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests at check out. We can accommodate off street parking for two vehicles on the property. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests.

Located in the heart of the Park Ave Neighborhood, you will be just steps away from an array of restaurant/bars, shops and entertainment. The second level apartment offers two bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen and amenities. The steps leading up to the second floor apartment are considered steep. The apartment is not suitable for young children. Guests will enjoy the use of free off street parking for one vehicle, access to Wi-Fi and streaming visual media.
