North Atherton Ave with restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities is less than 5 minutes away. Easy access from Rt. 322 to the PSU stadium and Bryce Jordan Ctr. This is a strict NO PARTY/NO SMOKING/NO VAPING property. Gas Fireplace Not to Be Used.
