The private living area is for your exclusive use. The lower dock is a shared space with the homeowner and available. You’re welcome to bring a motorized boat or Jet Ski; open dock space is included. We also provide two single kayaks, one double kayak, and a paddleboard for your enjoyment. Relax, recharge, and enjoy!

Hot tub on the roof! The boat is located at Millennium Marina. This boat does not move!

The houseboat comes with a/c, heater, private grill and is stocked with water and coffee. Bathroom and shower is a short walk away.

This floating home has a bedroom with a Queen Bed with a private bathroom, full kitchen, couch that can be converted into a bed, a loft with 2 single beds and a deck to enjoy the beautiful view. Enjoy the adjoining BBQ cabana as well as the marina’s amenities including the outdoor swimming pool. This is a completely non smoking/vaping building. There is also free transient dockage for a 26 ft boat or rent a boat during your stay.

The Owners Suite is on the top level - not included in the rental (will not be occupied during your stay).

This luxurious tiny floating cottage (TFC) has everything vacationers will need to relax in style on the water in South Haven Michigan. It can sleep up to six people and boasts a master bedroom with a queen-size bed. There is also a bunk room with two twin-size beds and the living room has an IKEA fold-out sleeper sofa. Fullly equipped Bathroom with stand up shower. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, a stove, a microwave and a coffeemaker.
