Because of the location and its altitude, there is no need for AC as the temperature is lower all day long, compared to the rest of the island.

Unique Central Family Mezzanine Room

The Mezzanine Room is a welcoming ground-level space ideal for families with children or small groups of friends. The room features a double bed on the main level, with two single beds on the mezzanine - perfect for children or additional guests. Please note that the mezzanine has a low ceiling, so persons taller than 1.40 meters tall won't be able to stand. There are chairs available for you to sit along the quiet alley, where the only traffic is pedestrians and the occasional moped.

The Black Room offers a quiet, stylish retreat for two. With soft lighting and rich textures, it’s perfect for couples seeking a calm, comfortable space in the heart of Limenas. Located on the street level, the room has a Juliet balcony that opens onto a quiet alley. Just outside, chairs are available for you to sit and enjoy the gentle breeze, where the only traffic comes from passing pedestrians and the occasional moped - ideal for a slow morning coffee or a relaxed evening drink.
