Este piso también está cerca del Parque Municipal García Sanabria y a menos de 1,5 km del Auditorio y el Parque Marítimo César Manrique. Las Teresitas está a 15 minutos en coche. Es ideal para conocer la ciudad a pie. Buena comunicación autobuses, taxis, próximo a parada de tranvía. A escasos metros del apartamento hay un parking público 24 horas .
