It offers easy access to all of San Luis Obispo County and is just minutes from Highway 46, Nacimiento Lake Road, Adelaida Road, and Highway 101. Entire house: indoor and outdoor including 3 car garage and laundry room. La Casa de Robles is situated on 1 acre but adjacent to hundreds of acres of rolling hills with oak and almond trees. It is a private setting but within 1 mile from the restaurants and galleries of Downtown Paso Robles. Some of the areas best wineries are within a short drive. This is a no smoking house (indoors and outdoors) which is strictly enforced. If anyone in your party plans to smoke anywhere on the grounds, we will be unable to accommodate you. Quiet location, situated on a hilltop with ranch and vineyard views. Close to several tasting rooms. Wonderful location if you enjoy wildlife. There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. We provide pods for the Keurig coffee maker as well as creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener and tea. There is a microwave, toaster, Mr. Coffee and a gas barbecue for your use also.

Please note: from June 2025-June 2026, our vineyard has been ripped out and we are in the process of replanting. While the view might look a little different, we’re still surrounded by our neighbor’s stunning vineyards.
