I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. Hey guys, you will be staying in my carefully furnished 50m², 2 room, private flat, while I’m on vacation. The building is from 1890 with old wood flooring and very nice ceiling pieces. There is a big and bright, but cosy living room with a great working space. Myself build HiFi has Bluetooth and a really nice sound. The bedroom is on the site of the green and quiet court. The kitchen has anything you need and its bright and nice to hang out. There is a big TV and fast WiFi you can use.
