*Owners live on site, are available to answer questions and provide assistance, but give guests their privacy. *The sleeping porch is not heated. *Cooking is limited. *There are 3 rentals on the property. All have access to the pool/jacuzzi. *Riley, the world's sweetest dog, lives on the property. *Parents, the pool is unfenced and there are no vertical posts in the stair railings. *To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, only registered guests are allowed on the property. *No pets. *No smoking.

Kick your feet up on the patio with a glass of wine, take a bath in our vintage tub, do some bbqing to the view, or relax with 2.5 acres of Mountain View’s. A peaceful stay that creates memories for a lifetime.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in an organic citrus farm on a 27-acre private land with mountain and valley view of citrus and avocados groves. This unit has its own private entrance and a private deck with outdoor sink, BBQ and dining area. The indoor living space is about 930 sf, and the deck area is about 750 sf. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.

Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

The studio is located in the rural and peaceful hillside community of Rancho Spanish Hills, a quiet and serene setting for a couples getaway! Although the property feels peaceful and secluded, some of the best wineries are only 15-20 min away!

The cozy space has a huge deck with daybed, outdoor bathroom/shower, and kitchenette. Close by hiking trails, a running river, dark, star-filled skies, and quiet whispers of nature are amongst the magic that serves the soul at our special spot. The RoadHouse! A cozy, stylish spot smack dab in the middle of wine country. You can walk to many wineries from our location, really! Or stay on site and enjoy the private jacuzzi spa (always hot!), have a round of mini golf or just relax on the deck. Located on a fully fenced property The Roadhouse has everything you need for a fantastic wine country getaway. Don’t forget to get up early and check out the hot air balloons. They land outside our fence most days!

We are on 2 1/2 acres in a gated property with views of Mount Palomar and the Calle Contento wineries. Also, you will be within a charming 5 minute Uber ride to over 15 wineries! NOTE: THE FIREPLACE IS INOPERABLE. GUESTS ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO USE THE AREAS AROUND THE POOL BUT SWIMMING IS NOT ALLOWED DUE TO LIABILITY.
