Why coyote den? Because they live at the edge of the property! You have nothing to worry about though...they tend to shy away from people. But you may hear them and may see them. Your place is located on top of a hill on 2 1/2 acres. This is an older home in a great location. You are a bike ride distance to all the wineries and walking distance to a few. Cook your own meals in our stocked kitchenette and full size refrigerator. The living room has a sofa that converts to a queen bed with a 3 inch latex topper. You must request for it and an extra guest fee applies. Also we have 2-TV’s with wifi and a washer dryer for your convenience. It’s all in the details and you will love all the amenities too.

Newly renovated casita w/full kitchen, laundry room, private bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room. Large private fenced yard. We are dog friendly. No cats due to allergies. Near wineries, wedding venues, restaurants, golf, casinos, 20 minutes to Old Town Temecula. 30 min. to Oceanside. 45 min. to SD zoos. The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area.

A small private, comfortable two (2) stories, Two(2) Bedrooms, One(1) Bath. (we have another one (1) full bathroom for your use outside of the main building, it is in the front of this home). We also have extra spaces with extra beds on the 2 lofts upstairs. Our home is situated in the middle of the Temecula Valley Wine Country. Quiet and serene with fantastic views of the valley, the mountains, and the vineyards from the front and back balconies.
