Welcome to Lily and Greg's place. We have a self contained, upstairs apartment in a quiet location, just off the main street at the Southern entry to Rotorua. Enjoy the warm Lockwood style accommodation which has a queen size bed in the main living area and a bedroom with bunks. The open plan offers kitchen with a cook top, microwave and portable oven. A washing machine is available for guests. City centre is 2km and forest mountain bike tracks within 1km. We have a lock-up for your bikes.

Our unit is not modern in design or decor but it is clean and central with a comfy double bed, fresh linen, towels, and hot water for showering.
